Fees for active subscription periods are generally non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a signed agreement, required by law, or approved in writing by Ork8.
Trials and pilots
Pilot, trial, or early access arrangements may have separate terms communicated at the time of signup or contracting.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged incorrectly, contact Ork8 promptly so the issue can be reviewed.
Plan changes and cancellations
Future self-serve subscriptions may remain active through the end of the billing period after cancellation unless otherwise specified.
